**UK Maths Team Challenge** – 4 students take part in the UK Maths Team Challenge competing against other schools in the county.

**Space Centre trip** – Some students from Year 10 visit the Space Centre.

**Science and Technology Challenge Day** – Students from Year 9 take part in Leicestershire’s Science and Technology Challenge Day with winning results.

**Revision Club** – Need more help, then come along! Running up to the exams and throughout the year, the Maths Faculty are running an after school Revision Club every Tuesday.

**Key Stage 3 Maths Club** – Want to talk to like minded mathematicians? Every Tuesday in CU2 is an opportunity to look at mathematics in a different way. Want to build models, make generalisations, follow your own thoughts and develop proofs? Then come along!

**Junior Challenge**

1. If, p+p= n , n+p = l, and l+n+p= t, then How many p’s are equal to a t?
